About  B & L - PCS

Barn-Livin’ LLC, (BL) is a Woman-Owned Small Business formed in 2008 by Susan Oliver to promote 
"Green Homes for Blue Collars".
 In 2011, BL expanded to offer 
Professional Contract Services.
 B & L Professional Contract Services. ​
Jennifer Oliver joined in 2017 further expanding the
​ Design Services offered with 3-D Rendering.
B & L Professional Contract Services is NYSWBE Certified & Federally Certified WOB, WOSB, EDWOSB, LEED/USGBC, and DBE

The B&L-PCS collaboration integrates over 50 years of Susan and Jennifer's combined  technical support service experience. Their careers consist of being part of the project team on various assignments ranging from technical support to lead roles on numerous Design and Construction projects.

  • LEED AP BD&C accreditation since 2011
  • ACI Certified Construction Inspector
  • ACI Certified Project Manager & ACI Certified Consultant Certification since 1993
  • American Traffic Safety Services Association Registered Flagger  since 2014
  • OSHA-10 Certification since 2008 
  • OSHA-30 Certification since 2010.
